Opening Hours: Wed–Thu 12pm–9pm | Fri–Sun 12pm–11pm | Mon–Tue Closed.
Food Trucks: Thu 4pm–8pm | Fri–Sun 12pm–late. Smaller food options available at all other times. Food truck hours are subject to food availability and can be affected by high demand.

Brevet Brewing Co is an independent craft brewery and taproom in Sale, Victoria, brewing our beer on site and serving it fresh, straight from the tank. Drop in for a tasting flight, find your favourite from the taps, or enjoy a local wine or spirit. With visiting food trucks, a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere and plenty of space to settle in, Brevet is all about good beer, good food and good company. Play shuffleboard or take on the retro Atari PONG table. Brevet is also a function and event venue – private celebrations, corporate events and group bookings all welcome. Proudly brewed in Sale, in the heart of Gippsland.
